ORDER DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered at the address submited at the time of purchase. If the day your order arrives you are not present to receive it, the carrier is authorized to leave it at the door or with someone present at the indicated address. SANDSTORM is exempt from any responsibility at the time of delivery, as long as it is done at the address registered by the customer at the time of purchase on the website.
In the event that the product is rejected at the address indicated by the customer, the customer must provide a new address for delivery and cover the shipping costs. In no case will the rejection or loss of the product at the delivery address be grounds for requesting a return or refund
SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost is not included in the price of our products. It will be informed during the purchase process at check-out after entering the delivery address for your order.
DELIVERY TIMES

SHIPPING TO COLOMBIA
- Delivery time of 3 to 6 business days counted from the next day after the order is placed. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or Whatsapp.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International orders are processed between 2 and 3 business days after purchase and have a delivery time of 6 to 8 business days after being processed. All taxes and international shipping costs assessed by customs are covered by the customer.
- Delivery times may vary due to detentions or delays in customs or local authorities. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL SEASONS
- Delivery times mentioned above do not apply to promotions or special industry events such as Cyber Monday, Cyber Days, Hot Sale, Black Friday, Big sale, among others. For these dates delivery times may be extended due to high demand, and they will be informed in our website.
