When a client receives the product at the delivery address, he/she is obliged to inspect it. If the package shows any sings of damage or tampering, contact us immediately through one of our Customer Service channels: email sandstormswim@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at +1 (786) 781 3495 and send photographs that serve as evidence for the change request.
Returns and refunds
We do not offer cash refunds on any of our products. We will be happy to exchange your product for a different size, or for another product of the same price.

Changes
- We accept only one exchange per garment up to 8 days after the date of delivery of your purchase.
- Any product purchased at a Sale or discount is considered final sale and will not be exchanged.
To request an exchange please take into account the following:
If you want to exchange a product, please note that it must be unused, without any dirt or previous washing, undamaged, unaltered and with all original tags in the condition in which they were received.
In no case will exchanges be accepted if these conditions are not met and the integrity of the product has been altered. If the garments we receive do not comply with the conditions mentioned above, they will be returned to the customer without the right to exchange.
Exchange request for products purchased in this website:
- Send us an email at sandstormswim@gmail.com or Whatsapp at +1 (786) 781 3495 and provide your full name, cell phone, email, order number or invoice, and the reason for your request. Attach photos or videos that serve as evidence for your request.
- The exchange request will be processed by Sandstorm within 3 business days, and we will contact you with instructions on the steps to follow.
- Pack the garments to be exchanged in their original packaging, along with the following information: full name, order number and cell phone, and send them to the address that we will indicate via email or Whatsapp message. If you are going to send us your package by courier service, make sure you get the package tracking guide. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
- When we receive the package, we will analyze the case and notify you. If your exchange is accepted, you can choose between another size of the same reference, or exchange it for another reference of the same value. This will be sent within 5 business days after acceptance of the change.
Note: Changes will be subject to product availability. In the event that the item requested for an exchange is delayed in its shipment or has been discontinued and we cannot fulfill your request, we will notify you via email. For purchases outside of Colombia, the customer must return the product assuming the taxes and shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns or exchanges.
Products that have no exchange
- Any product purchased at a Sale or discount is considered final sale and will not be exchanged.
- Any products returned after the allowed time set forth in these Terms (8 days), will be returned to the customer and an additional shipping fee will be charged.
Right to withdrawal
In accordance with Colombian Law 1480 of 2011, the Right of Withdrawal (Derecho de Retracto) is only applicable for sales through financing systems or through our website. However, this right does not apply when you are in the presence of products made for personal use, such as underwear and swimwear.
For products different than those for personal use, the Right of Withdrawal must be exercised within a time not exceeding five (5) business days following the delivery of the product.
To exercise this right, you must submit a formal request to our email sandstormswim@gmail.com indicating that the Right of Withdrawal will be exercised, and likewise our support team will indicate the steps to follow.
To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the product must have been purchased at www.sandstormsw.com, be unused, without dirt or washing, with all labels and protective markings in the state in which they were received. The garment must be returned within a period of less than 5 calendar days after receiving the instructions by email from our support team. The customer will assume the shipping costs related to the return.
