HOW DO I WASH MY SWIMWEAR?

Wash your swimsuit immediately after using it. Even if you don’t go in the pool or the ocean, body lotions, creams, and sunscreen are absorbed into the fabric and can damage its color and shape.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Hand wash your garment separately with neutral or soft soap and cold water. Air dry on a flat surface.

Do not wring or rub.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron.
Do not dry clean
Do not bleach.

Avoid sitting on rough surfaces that can tear your bathing suit, use a Sandstorm towel or sarong.

I just placed an order. When will it arrive?

Shipping to Colombia:
Delivery from 3 to 6 business days counted from the next day after your order is placed. For purchases in Colombia please visit www.sandstormsw.com
International Shipping:
Woldwide shipping. Orders are processed between 2 and 3 business days after purchase, and have a delivery time of 6 to 8 business days after being processed.

Delivery times may vary due to detentions or delays in customs or local authorities. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

Shipments are dispatched from Monday to Friday, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the purchase is made, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order, which includes a tracking number. This number will be active in the next 24 hours.

I COMPLETED A PURCHASE BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Sometimes the confirmation email arrives in your Spam or junk mail folder, please check if it arrives there. Otherwise, it is possible that the order has not been generated or that you have entered your email incorrectly. To verify, please contact us at info@sandstormsw.com

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are a proudly Colombian brand. We are an online store, but our offices are located in Medellín, Colombia and Miami, USA. We ship our products worldwide.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS?

We do not offer cash refunds for any of our products. We will be happy to exchange your product for a different size of the same reference, or for another reference of equal value.
We accept 1 single change per garment up to 8 days after the delivery date of your purchase.
Any product purchased on sale at a discount is considered final sale and is not eligible for change.

¿HOW CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE?

If you want to exchange a product, please note that it must be unused, without any dirt or previous washing, undamaged, unaltered and with all its original tags in the condition in which they were received. In no case will exchanges be accepted if these conditions are not met and the integrity of the product has been altered.

Send us an email at info@sandstormsw.com or Whatsapp at +1 (786) 781 3495 and provide your full name, cell phone, email, order number or invoice, and the reason for your request. Attach photos or videos that serve as evidence for your request.

The exchange request will be processed by Sandstorm within 3 business days, and we will contact you with instructions on the steps to follow.

Pack the garments to be exchanged in their original packaging, along with the following information: full name, order number and cell phone, and send them to the address that we will indicate via email or Whatsapp message. If you are going to send us your package by courier service, make sure you get the package tracking guide. We are not responsible for lost shipments.

When we receive the package, we will analyze the case and notify you. If your exchange is accepted, you can choose between another size of the same reference, or exchange it for another reference of the same value. This will be sent within 5 business days after acceptance of the change.

¿WHAT PRODUCTS CAN'T BE EXCHANGED?

Any product purchased at a Sale or discount is considered final sale and will not be exchanged.

Any products returned after the allowed time (8 days), will be returned to the customer and an additional shipping fee will be charged.
