EXCHANGES

We do not offer cash refunds on any of our products. We will be happy to exchange your product for a different size, or for another product of the same price. (Does not apply to products purchased on Sale).

We accept only 1 exchange per garment up to 8 days after the date of delivery of your purchase.

To request an exchange please take the following into account:

• If you want to exchange a product, please note that it must be unused, without any dirt, stains or previous washing, undamaged, unaltered and with all original tags in the condition in which they were received.
• In no case will exchanges be accepted if these conditions are not met and the integrity of the product has been altered.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

• Shipping to Colombia:
  Delivery from 3 to 6 business days counted from the day after your order is placed.
• International Shipping:
  Woldwide shipping. Delivery from 6 to 8 business days counted from the day after your order is placed. It is important to note that delivery times may vary due to customs or local authority delays.
• Shipping during Sales
  Delivery from 6 to 8 business days due to high demand.

The shipping cost will be informed at check-out after entering the delivery address for your order.
